At Epic Fine Chocolates, we take pride in the quality of our products. In order to assure that your chocolates reach their destination safely, we have created the following shipping policies.

Free Shipping

We have no minimum order size and offer free ground shipping to addresses within the continental USA on orders of $100 or more (some restrictions apply*).

Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.  When your order is processed, you will receive a second email with tracking information once a shipping label has been created. 

Order Filling

We make all our confections from scratch and often to order.  We do most of our shipping at the beginning of the week, so your confections will arrive without sitting in a truck over a weekend whenever possible. While we try to ship your order as soon as possible, it may take as long as a week to get it out the door, depending on order date and our production schedule. Please give us a call at 928-536-7759 if you have a time sensitive order, to make sure we can get it to you on time.

Shipping

Shipping charges applied to orders totaling under $100 are based on shipping weight and destination. We typically ship via UPS Ground (occasionally via USPS Priority Mail).  

 *During the warm months here (usually April through October) we will need to ship using insulated boxes with gel ices at a surcharge.  Shipping to addresses that require more than 3 days in transit may require expedited shipping at an additional charge. These charges, if applied, will be shown at checkout. Read more about our Warm Weather Shipping Policy here.

Currently, shipping of our products is available only within the continental USA without special arrangements.

Local delivery and pick-up options are also available.  Please give us a call at 928-536-7759 to discuss.

Return Policy

Epic Fine Chocolates cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping.  We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our shop any damage that may occur is out of our control.  We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control

Food items cannot be returned, for obvious reasons.  BUT, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will contact you right away, or call us at (928) 536-7759 (Voice only, no texts) with any questions or text us at (928) 242-4099.  We will do everything we can to make your experience with Epic Fine Chocolates an excellent one.
