Fine chocolates are very perishable by their very nature. Being products made with the finest and freshest butter, cream, fruits, etc. and no added preservatives, ours are no exception. In general, when discussing Chocolate Truffles, Bonbons and the like, the fresher, the better. We like them best within a couple of weeks. This shelf life can be extended by freezing (refrigerating is not recommended).
Other confections like our Fudges, Toffees, Barks, and Rubbles have longer shelf lives and different storage recommendations. “Room temperature” for confections means a cool room temperature (below 70F), low humidity, and please keep confections away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight.
